Regarding the "CopperCross -rusty-" voicebank

Very specific and entirely separate Terms Of Use have been given to this voicebank,

and are provided within the voicebank's folder upon download.

Please refer to those Terms Of Use, not the Terms Of Use listed here on this website.

Attribution
When publishing work using any of the voicebanks created by Dav-P,

you are required to state the name of said voicebank.
It is not necessary to state the name of the voicebank's author.
When attributing the name or author of the voicebank,

you must write the name/author exactly as they are written officially.
You cannot call the voicebank by any other name, nor can you attribute the voicebank to any other author.

Usage Content
You are free to create violent content.

You are free to create sexual content of Vitavu, CopperCross, Dr. Hai, XELTA, or Seymour.
Do not create sexual content of SilverCross or DELILAH.
Do not create political content.
Do not create religious content.

Do not create content in association or relation with AI, AI training, AI image generation,

AI models, or AI vocal synthesis without explicit permission from Dav-P.

The following types of content are unconditionally prohibited:
- Criminal or illegal content
- Explicit underage sexual content
- Bigotry and hateful content

- NFTs and NFT related content (Non-fungible tokens)

- Cryptocurrency and content in association with any way, shape, or form of cryptocurrency

Character and Artwork
Published work using any voicebank(s) may or may not include visual depictions of the voicebank's character.
Artwork does not need to depict the voicebank(s) character. The voicebank(s) can be used in conjunction with artwork of other characters.

Published content does not have to align with or correspond with the canon character information of the voicebank character(s), headcanoning any of the voicebank characters is permitted.

 

NOTE: DELILAH is an exception from the two rules stated above.

Published content that includes DELILAH has to align with or correspond with the canon character information of DELILAH's voicebank character, and headcanoning is not allowed.

DELILAH's voicebank character can not be used in conjunction with artwork of other characters, and artwork needs to depict the voicebank character if artwork is to be included within published content.

 

Existing artwork of the voicebank characters cannot be used without proper credit to the artist.

Derivatives of the voicebank characters are permitted to be created with the author's permission.
Derivatives still fall under the same terms of use as the original character the derivative is based from.

Commercial Use
Do not use the voicebanks or voicebank characters for any form of commercial gain involving cryptocurrency or NFTs.
Do not use the voicebanks or voicebank characters for any form of commercial gain involving AI.

 

You are free to use the voicebanks commercially only with written permission from the author, Dav-P.

Commercial use of the voicebanks is permitted when used for:
- Original music, original audio
- Covers/remixes (depending on the copyright rules and/or laws that apply to the content you're covering)

Editing

You cannot use these voicebanks or the samples within these voicebanks for any form of NFT associated content.
You are not permitted to use the source audio of these voicebanks outside of the singing synthesizers they were meant for.

You are free to share rendered singing vocals created with these voicebanks.
